2025-11-09.2_fragmentarity and objectivity

fragmentarity is in direct opposition to the use of “objectivity” to further claims of disembodied knowledge or “objective truth”. in fragmentary analysis, this way of employing “objectivity” is oppressor behavior. since it seeks to (futilely) transcend our fragmentary bodies-in-the-world as the sites of our knowledges and instead posit the existence – and subsequent possession of by the speaker – of “objective”, disembodied, non-fragmentary knowledge in order to wield it’s supposed “truth” (and the real power channeled through this false claim) to oppress, silence and ultimately murder the knowledges of embodied others.
